Phoenix / K7000 fixes!

I`ve done about 20 hours on a K7000 ..Its easy to work on but bits of the wires are very brittle and I keep getting broken wires.
The picture has been good,monitor wont work ,then a twiddle with a wire and its working ok,after recapping it and getting tired of revisiting the same old board..Ive decided to tackle the wires and the molex..

ianski sorry to resurrect an old thread but I have some curl on my K7689 and whilst it is wired identically to the cab next to it with the same monitor that is working without issue I thought I'd give this a go.
How do I go about removing the sync wire without cutting it? Can you post a photo with how yours is wired please?
