Phoenix (move to here?)

The current Phoenix fix log here appears to be linking to a dead form for submissions (I was trying to submit links for the schematics).

and the submit pages just 404s out.

Anybody mind if I move the fix logs to this thread as I'm fixing my boards here at the same time?
