Anyway here is my day at Play Blackpool....
Started off with a road trip for Alex to get a ninty cocktail for him in Preston..
easy fit lol
obviously Blackpool weather was as always is lol

Mike/Iremfan with his excellent game WulverBlade... He seems to get
everywhere with it and it is an excellent game imo if you see him play
the game as its well worth it

also went to listen to the Oliver twins talk on Dizzy and is was
awesome. The guys play off each other so well and it was a great. funny
talk. The best I have seen tbh, the guys are legends also
The pic of them both holding the bit of card is the map layout for
Fantasy Dizzy iirc as they did it by using paper and card and if they
didn't like it they removed it before the glue set lol. Also they
programmed their games on an Amstrad and sent them over to a speccy!

Was that your 400xxx+ score on Time Pilot then Shaun? Best I could manage was 140xx and several close to it, enough for 2nd,3rd etc, amazing score ! !

This is my son playing the F1 sim. It's a fiver for two laps at Silverstone. We both had a turn and really enjoyed it bar steering with my knees squashing into my knuckles. Will be having another go today to beat the 1:37 I made yesterday. Not bad considering I don't particularly know Silverstone and fastest time of day according to the owner.
The event is the best of the year for me for the games and it doesn't put me off having no pinball machines. Liking the fact that U72 bought WEC le Mans (off Muddy I'm guessing) and giving it lots of time.
Very good event and lots more to come.
