Booked the time off and sorted out accommodation.

Will be hitting the new arcade club on Friday,expo on Saturday and maybe pleasure beach on Sunday.

Is the Blackpool one supposed to be up and running by then?

I dont think it is open yet, not seen much mention of a opening date yet other than teases of info coming soon.

Its located next to the Football stadium on Bloomfield road, so not far from the sea.

Was just about to ask if anyone was headed out, not been before but figured it's worth a look.

Was hoping to do the same bud sadly AC Blackpool isn't open yet unless I've missed something!

Just getting ready to set off for Blackpool.

If you are at the Expo and see a six foot five dude with a leather jacket,space invader tattoo on his left arm and a tankard hanging off his belt,come and say HI.

I'll be there with the usual folk I attend these things with, Shaun Holley, Mark Hapydude, Neil 20to5, CharlieFar etc etc

Me and the wife will keep an eye out, looking forward to the mame panel. Have aspirations of picking up some decent 16-bit stuff too but I'll bet I'm too tight to stump the money up for expo prices

Still struggling to figure out the size of the event to be honest, how many cabs, machines etc they'll fit in.

damn can't make it this year, last time I was at norbreck was back in 2018 , I will be honest I do miss the manchester one which I think is next year at the bowlers expo centre, still couldn't ever top the GMEX, because well its the bloody GMEX

Great day today, looking forward to tomorrow. If anyone is kicking around, the firework championship is just about the start up the north pier... so either avoid due to crowds or enjoy

Highlights for me:

The one EM coinop (there were a few EM pinballs)

An EM pinball with windows so you could see the workings:

Plus playing sega Monaco, xybots and xevious on original cabs.
