I fu*king bumped up my own bid on a pcb, how stupid

i kicked of with 1 of my contracts, i had the female call centre staff booting my ass over a dodgy whinger. they kept telling me i was to send an email to 1 of the bosses. did i do it, did i feck, the next time they called i really let rip.
how dare they call me up and talk down to me ! these women dont even know me. they have got new staff and they dont have a clue. im getting sent all over the place to find they have sent the wrong parts. do i complain ??? no, i just send them a bill. i did however feel quite sorry for the last guy that called. i really let rip with him. i asked him why everybody knew that theyre boss with pissed of, yet he hadnt called me, hardly professional. i also told him to tell his boss if he had issues to call me up and i would talk to him. that was 2 days ago. i never got any calls, so i started doing the groundwork for a new contract.
this morning i just received 5 new jobs
it just goes to show, attack is the best form of defence.
i didnt want to lose the work but there is no way another company will be allowed to talk down to me. 6 years i have had this contract, these airheads have been doing it for less than 6 months. ffs i got sent to a job to fit a canopy, it was for a different piece of equipment. i rang them up to advise them it was wrong, the woman on the phone asked me if i couldnt make it fit, no i cant its the wrong piece of kit, but surely it can fit she said. an £850 shroud and she wants me to chop it up. thats what happens when you pay people pennies and give them commission on sales.
bring back the birch, hangings to good for these people.

im about to have a cull, too much sh*t hanging around. ive got a visit with a pinball at about 7. hopefully i will be getting another in a few weeks. i dont know whether to do a bulk deal or sell the stuff 1 at a time. as you know the house is in a, too much sh*te laying around mode.
