Repairing arcade cabinet corner (chipboard

Hi Any help would be grateful on how to repair the corner of my arcade cabinet and what to use

Either cut the corner off at an angle and make a new corner using dowels or biscuits to join it then use good strong wood glue and some clamps. It may well need some P38 filler to finish it off.

Alternatively, just use P38 filler and keep building it up until it looks correct, then obviously sanding and painting.

Car body filler. If you use clamps and sandwich two pieces of perspex either side and back fill with the body filler you will get the correct thickness. bodyfiller will not stick to the perspex. Remove perspex and sand and shape.

Insert some deck screws for the filler to grab hold of and then just add layers. Car filler or Ronseal High Performance Wood Filler should be fine.

Personally I would go to my local car body repair supplier and buy primer and cellulose in the colour you want in aerosol form and spray as likely to give better finish.
