We have a new venue for Revival Mini and a new date. The event will now be help at the Kenilworth Social and Sports Club over the weekend of the 7th and 8th December and will be open from 10:30am each day until midnight if we want to carry on playing.

The venue boats a large function room with stage, a large lounge area with pool table, a conservatory area the full width of the building that we will also be using and 5 full size Snooker tables that can be used by visitors for a small hourly fee.

We actually think that this venue is better than the original - it is close to Kenilworth Town centre - so access to the Holiday Inn is a few hundred metres away with restaurants and a Wine Bar just opposite.

Going to see if I can get a discount at the Holiday Inn hotel - so be patient on those hotel bookings :)

The old venue was nice and personal but frankly this one sounds even better

(And dates are so far away for me that it really doesn't matter).

Please do let us know on the hotel as I was to be as close as possible this time. I'll also be combining it with a Xmas visit to the family so hope to be getting them over from Northampton.

Yes the new venue is a bit less posh, but has a lot more room and is better for the electrical needs. We went and took measurements the other day and have plenty to work with, so as soon as we've secured our 2/3 traders a preliminary floorplan will go up. Expect this one to be a lot more 'intermixed' though, to allow more elbow room for cabs and be able to jump on a console or something whilst waiting for a turn on your favourite machines! Already we can say there'll be over 30 arcade machines, plus a few more if VAC members can bring choice ones of their own, as well as new additions to our collections and at least 1 new custom demo build from us to see.

Oh and it's worth mentioning a biggie for all you drinkers, that as technically a working mens club, the beer prices should be well tidy!

Big thanks too to Rav; if any of you have missed it, he has offered up an Asteroids cabaret for a free giveaway - who doesn't want that?! Regardless of outside politics, you guys at VAC have been great to us. Me and Chris are very grateful!

We have sold 53 tickets and have 15 reserved from the 225, so 157 tickets available.

We have not really pushed the event yet - so if you are thinking of coming please buy your tickets early. In the next number of weeks I will pushing the event locally and also to the existing club members.

When the 225 tickets are sold - that is pretty much it for this venue
