I can accommodate overnight guests in both the old and new games areas, upto about 12 people realistically.

It's strictly BYO sleeping bag/pillows/lie-low/airbed though for those who want to stay over.

If you want a nice hotel room, the nearest is the Fernherst just down the road from me (about 5 min walk) which is a hungry horse hotel/pub with good parking as well.
