Hey chaps,

This question was answered today. I was hoping to get the cabs into an upstairs room and after Missile Command went up I thought the rest would follow. The Donkey Kongs would go up, Galaxian, PAC-MAN and Defender kicked up a fuss about it and refused to to. 1" in height was the difference and no matter what we tried.......this wasn't happening

So....Defender is going back to it's previous owner, the Joust cocktail will be up for sale and I now have to decide what else will go as I am now restricted to 5 full size cabs and 6 if I get a cabaret as I don't want them thrown all over the lounge etc

The Robotron however can still go......because it's a cabaret

So although bad news on one hand, it's good on the other.

Robotron FTW!

I saw 3 of those Robotron NIB Cabarets lined up when I collected my Cocktail. Very cool they were too, but I preferred the cocktail for looks and screen size.

In addition to Robotron and Stargate there's also Make Trax and Bubbles cabarets knocking about. And a proto Moon Patrol. All lovely cabs.

I had one of the Cocktails Lloyd, it was extremely cool but the leaning over the cab to play was pretty unsavoury!!

I had trouble adjusting initially, but if you get a nice low stool it works great. The handles are little shorter though, so I tend to hold the sticks a little differently. Once it all kicks off in the game, you just don't notice.

I do like sitting opposite a player in 2 mode, it makes it easier to swap as you don't have to rush out of the way / put drinks down to change positions.

Does the cabaret have a 15" monitor?
