Sega 32X Black Screen

Hello. I fancied a bit of a tinker with my 32X the other day - plugged it all in, fired it up, and NO! black screen. Video sync getting through, Mega Drive 2 playing nicely, all seems OK. Tried the old insert/reinsert the cartridge slot thing a few times, and nothing doing. Any suggestions? It was working fine when I put it away!

Think I'll get a tshirt with that on! Try cleaning the connectors then have a look inside, I guess.

Check the psu
I plugged a master system in the other day and the psu gave off magic smoke
And yeah cotton bud and alcohol the connectors
