Didn't bother posting pictures as I should think most here know what a working shinobi looks like.

It might not be the customs.

There is a flow of logic starting with the graphic roms and ending with the rgb output and the faulty component can be anywhere along that path.

If you start by checking the pins I pointed out earlier then if you find a missing signal you can trace that to the faulty component.
