Shipping Costs from UK to Germany

Hi all,

I want to ship a cab from UK to Germany. Does anyone have a hint on to how much it will cost about and who to do it with?

It measures 75 x 95 x 195 (in cm). Should weight about 100 kg.

@hatster: Pickup would be in South England near Portsmouth and delivery to Berlin, Germany. I can drive a bit myself though, so it doesnt necessarily need to go all the way to Berlin...

I have imported cabs from Germany and Austria before and I used a company called Bibby International.

No reason why they couldn't go the other way too?

Asked Bibby for a shipping quote too. Let#s see what they come up with.

BTW: Is "Martin the Delivery Man" only doing UK or abroad too?

South coast no problem, "dave" is there every other week, but i think berlin may be a bit far out for 1 cab. If he had others to do at the same time its possible !

if its for someone on here is it not possible that it can be passed between a few Vaccers along the way ? or can said person not collect it from say "calais" ?

well, Calais would certainly help, but is still pretty far. any (well, the slightest) chance to get it a bit closer to germany?

Andre - I've just done that trip, well to Oxford at Chris's in-laws, shame I did not know earlier. I may well be going back down South again, will let you know if I do.

What timeframe are we talking ?

If it's not too far into Germany, probably be around £130-150

If it's right in the middle of further over then I think that put the price upto around £230, thats from the middle of UK

From Germany to UK for a 3 screen Darius/Ninja warriors it cost me about £160, but big machine
