Thanks for the info. Looks ace. I have a Nikon D500 but all my lenses are zoom, like really zoom. I need to get a wider angle lens an photograph my games.

The trick for taking really nice shots is a tripod and no flash, that really brings the colours out

I thought it looked cool when the plaster was hanging off the walls showing exposed brick and the florescent tube was propped up but then I quite like that Dragons Den / Industrial look.

Love the house, like old house with little cubby holes n stuff bit like one near me for sale but out my price range but that to has a basement which is about 4m square, along with many more rooms same size and bigger but build in 1700 something

Mind you, when i collected a machine a while back ive never been more stunned at the size of the place i collected it from. It was huge and i mean huge. He had a collection of coin op stuff and the entrance hall and 2 of the small rooms off it had space for probably 100 or more machines, even had a lift next to the stairs. I know that because he had about that many and there was space to move around still no problem, i love coun op stuff but i was more interested that day in the house to be honest and a cool down to earth guy too

I did toy with the idea of doing a feature wall in each room but I wanted to fully insulate the basement and we had concerns about dampness. Its the warmest place in the house now.

As Roger says, they want $400 per year to allow 3rd party hosting, I would have happily paid a reasonable amount per year but $400.....its like been held to ransom. Could someone recommend a way of hosting them and I will look at editing the post when I get five minutes. Alex is coming over to do a game room tour when he has a spare day to make the long trip up north.
