Would any of you chaps have a supply of boxes suitable for storing 19/20" monitors in?

I'd go down to one of the industrial areas near Newhaven and get some damaged/cheap pallets and cut 'em down to size. One on top, one on the bottom with some vertical beams to maintain the distance then basically screw the monitor to the pallet. Quite a lot of labour obviously.

FWIW the one and only NoS Hantarex I bought came in a hefty cardboard box with some polystyrene but that only works until the cardboard gets old or damp.

Jeez, can't believe I'm not able to make this - only 20 minutes from mine. Looking like its going to be a nice little car boot sale :) I've got a load of those little broadcast monitors I need to shift as well :-(

Happy to transport some of the 10" monitors to Smart Meet if you can sell them to attendees before I pick mine up

Come I can bring the nos dash panel and some used stuff.

I've got to go to a 70th Birthday party to go to at the in-laws :-( Plus the Mrs says I've already got enough arcade "Cr*p" and can't be trusted not to buy more!

Looks like its going to be a good meet.

Thanks for the offer of transporting monitors Chris, appreciated. I'll drop you a PM.

Is there anything I need to bring for people here?

I know about the pcb for PhilMurr and the stuff for Simonden.

I am also bringing my wacky upside o vision vectrex, so people can laugh at my stoopid console.

I've got a few bits if anyone is interested:
14" cocktail monitor (screen burn, presumed non-working) £10
Big Box of DVDs - quite a mix 50p each or £20 the lot, must be around 40 DVDs
Anyone interested in old pub ashtrays/brewreryania, got some bits that might look cool in a man cave/games room. (Trophy Bitter)
Lots of bits from a Hangman JPM machine.

Guys, please don't let Chris (cnp) fill his boot up until he's picked up the bits and Bob's for our two Nintendo cabs!

There are no Nintendo bits Rob... I'm picking up a Spectrum +3 if that helps :)
