Raising my thread back from the dead! Smartcade had a good tidy up on Saturday with a few buddies over on Sunday. I'm really happy with the collection now. Just looking for a two player vs/Co-op game to add some direct competitiveness to playing.

I still have the Dino Asteroids but seemed to have missed taking a photo of that being played. Thanks to cNp for taking all the good photos. Cheers!

Always nice to see a good mix of machines. If you can get hold of a Track and Field than that is the ultimate 80s competitive game in my opinion. Street Fighter is the king, but I am a 90s lad.

Looking great, you’ve had a good change around. I’ve recently rediscovered pacland it’s a great game, takes a fair bit of skill using buttons instead of a joystick. Our whole school met David Prowse as he visited in the early 80’s when he used to be the green cross code man.

Thanks again for all the comments. I'm surprised with all the Pac-Land comments, I've always perceived most people didn't really like the game. I've always loved it, even if I did grow up playing in with a stick instead of buttons for controls.

you had that in cockpit before didn't you?

Yes the cockpit was a stopgap to getting my fix while I made a deal for the upright. A fellow Vaccer is in the process of converting the cockpit back to Star Wars so it will live again in Vector glory.

Also love the David Prowse autograph/ Darth Vader dedication! I met Kenny Baker and Jeremy Bullock must be 25 years ago now and got a couple of things signed and a photo with them too.
