It's not something most courier will help you with, into properties, up stairs etc, it's supposed to be Door to Door, they probably aren't insured for it either

Martin will sometimes help people with these things and round back of houses etc, 1 he's put on the spot and 2 he's a top guy, but it can put him behind for the day and end up getting back late a night and missing his dinner probably

If he knows in advance then It would help him, he really should charge something extra as it's more than usual work.

If you used a normal courier working for a company they wouldn't for insurance and would you do extra for no money, i wouldn't
