EDIT: I've worked it out. Just opened the dat in Excel and voila!
I can't see an easy answer and feel like I'm going round in circles.
I've no intention of running MAME but I do have an old MAME2003 set I'm trying to chunk up into folders based on Manufacturer.
All I want is to be able to filter the DAT and take the filenames needed so I can build a batch file to move them about. Is this doable somehow?
