Stern Monopoly pinball triac ?

Hi, took a look at one of these pinballs and I got a dead short on one of these I think triacs . Any idea what it is and where I can get a couple,thanks.

Not triacs they are fet’s, have a look on the pinball repair guide guessing it’s sega/stern white star tech

Slightly off topic, but for Christ's sake remove this battery holder and fit one on a long lead elsewhere, so that if the batteries leak, the acid doesn't bugger the board to oblivion.

Yes, good point, got some maygay m1 boards to look at for same reason. Bellfruit scorpion 4's are hell too but haven't got schematics for those.
