Solved Stick wiring help

Looking for some advice on how to change a Euro style joystick to a Sanwa? I am confused about the earth on the euro looks like to be daisy chained to every micro switch. On the Sanwa style there is only 1 earth? How can I plug all the earths to the 1 on the Sanwa? I do find electronics confusing. Thanks for any advice.

The ground connection on the Sanwa is daisy chained on the PCB so only requires 1 connection.
