Strange URL issue

When I put the url www.ukvac.com into either Firefox or Internet Explorer it is fine. However when I type ukvac.com it comes up with this:

Dont know if its my end but it only happens when I try and access on PC or MAC. Iphone and Ipad are fine.

The site in IIS isn't set up to serve just 'ukvac.com'. It's expecting the www.

It's easy to fix on the server but for now just make sure you put www. in front

It may have been set up to serve without the www prior to the server crash.

Irrespective of whether it is or isn't, usual behaviour is to just redirect 'domain.com' to 'www.domain.com' otherwise you get confusion with things like logs and stats. So because of that, I normally always put the www these days for sites despite being lazy and preferring not to type it

I fixed this on the 27th Feb - so a little weirded out if it happenned this morning...

Yea this was a print screen from this morning. Will check when I am in later and of it carries on will pm you.
