These buttons would just be finger size
Rather than the larger cab size pressure sensitive pads?

Those big buttons were a good idea but didn't add anything to gameplay.
Although the game didn't add much gameplay either.

Wrong game type for that type of interface ..

Whack a mole or similair type game .
Like namco had a monkey game where your throwing balls at a
Touch sensitive screen .. 4 player
Amd
You could through balls at the other monkeys too..

Multiple pressure sensitive pads could make a great interface for puzzle games too..

that link on amazon looks like its the right direction. Although it doesn't have a piston really, plus you'd need the spring recoil
