Street Fighter 2 CE vs Hyper

Is it just a rom swap to go between CE and HF?

2nd question. Anyone on here able to burn the roms for either game?

Depends on version. World / US version is x3 roms. SF2 Turbo (japan) is a PIA as I found out

From memory CE SF2 runs at 10mhz and HF SF2 runs at 12mhz.
there are 2 speed versions of the A BOARD,either way it will work with the roms changed but HF SF2 will be slightly slower on a 10mhz A BOARD.

I thought it was World Warrior that ran on the 10Mhz board and CE and HF both ran on the 12Mhz dash board ?

I think hyper fighting shipped with the 'dash' a board which runs faster. 12mhz. Not sure if it is vital to have it. But that would be your only issue I think

Also HF turbo sf2 was 12mhz Which I own and was purchased from Japan.
