Who has one and what games do you have?

It looks like some games have been converted to the system like G Darius?

I have two if I remember correctly. have some original games for it but haven't used it for a while. Were you not able to burn games to CF card?

Had one years ago to play the two Ray Seris Games, Ray storm and Ray Crisis, but sold it years ago.

Yes, you can get a ModBIOS for it, the file is out there to burn to a chip to upgrade the BIOS, then you need a PCMCIA to CompactFlash Card and some CF cards to write the games to.

Pretty sure I have copies of them somewhere, and the converted games in zip files, although there are a couple of versions of the ModBIOS and I think the newer one is supposed to be better or give better CF card compatibility, v2011 I think is the better one.

There used to information about the converted games on the ArcadeModBIOS site but that appears to have gone now.

From Memory there was

G-Darius from FX-1B
G-Darius Ver 2 from FX-1B
Ray Storm from FX1-B

Actually looks like the way back machine has a copy of the old site.

I'm pretty sure one of my boards is standard and the other has the mod bios to play copied games. I have the original shikigami no shiro and possibly raystorm but can't remember off the top of my head. Now you have made me feel like digging it up and playing all these games

Ray storm wasn't original to g-net, was modded/patched to run from a CF card.

It may be Ray Crisis you have.

Pretty sure I've got one - I don't remember what games I have though. Something Puzzle Bobble and some Japanese one? Not that that's much help to the conversation :D Will have to see if it's listed in my PCB list.

[EDIT] Shikigami No Shiro & Super Puzzle Bobble

No - I have a feeling I was aware of it back then, but don't quote me on that. I've certainly not done it though. G-Net is PCMCIA cards, yes? I have an old laptop that I got specifically for the purpose of reflashing network PCMCIA cards so I guess I have the hardware, but I don't have any form of PCMCIA storage medium.
