At a guess, he would like to be able to use the Tapatalk application to acess the forum and not a web browser. I can see why as Tapatalk enables to you interact with as many forums as you're a member of without leaving the application - although obviously a web browser does this too.
OK, so, I'm going stick my neck out now and suggest that this will never happen so we may as well all stop asking.
1. Here's a quote from the main author of WebWiz:
Web Wiz Forums does not need tapatalk as it already comes with image auto resizing and a mobile optimised view in the latest version
That was as of October 2011 so his view could change I guess but frankly the way I read that statement, the author is either misguided about what tapatalk is to the users of the app, or there's just a little arrogance there. Either way, reading that statement I doubt it'll happen.
2. The technicalities of it:
Tapatalk is apparently based on a PHP interface / api (I've not personally looked, this is just what I'm reading). So to implement it would not be trivial. You'd need to write a PHP to ASP bridge, even if only a limited one for the calls required*. Then when that's all done and working you'd need the site to be hosted on a hybrid hosting service. They exist (I'm using one on a private site I'm involved with), but I don't think UKVAC is on one.
So all in all, may as well stop asking - at least for the forseeable future.
If things change, rest assured you won't need to ask, you'll know!!
Martin.
* Maybe one day I, or someone else could look into it all but I've personally certainly not got the time this side of Christmas - and yes, I know we're only in May
