if you purchase a item from the usa of £15 or below then theres no custom tax to pay,more than £15 then you will be taxed,more the value the more tax you pay tax.

Thanks. Years ago if the item was labelled as a gift, you avoided tax/import duty. Sounds like that's no longer the case?

The limit is £15 for no VAT and duty
