[ukvac] tech: defender video decoder roms..
hi peeps,

does anyone know a way of testing the video decoder roms on a defender
boardset?

YES! an obvious solution would be to try it with a working rom board/known
good set - alas that is what i *don't* have!!

any ideas?

PS fault as follows...

does test rug pattern for about 30 seconds blanks screen and then reapeats,
also seems to be bits of the rug that flash white & blue..is this normal,
could be either the rom board or the cpu board - absolutly certain the rom
board was to fault, but want to check the decoder roms....rom board is
currently under repair..

..all the leds on rom board light up...checked all the 4116 ram..all 100%
