[ukvac] TECH SI Part 2 board problems.
Another 'untested' board from ebay - read duff.
The board displays horizontal red bars and the ufo sound plays when
powered up and the halt pin connected to ground - disconnect ground
and the bars change to multicoloured bars and the sound stops.
No difference when I remove all the socketed ic's.
Any ideas ? or can anyone point me to schematics ?
