TECH: TMS2532 Eproms

[ukvac] TECH: TMS2532 Eproms
Do any of you bright sparks happen to have a datasheet for the
TMS2532 eprom?

All I really need to know is (a) which pin and what polarity is the
chip select; and (b) whether the Vpp pin needs to be tied to a rail
during normal operation.

Peter,

CS is on pin 20, active low.

Vpp should be tied to +5v. It's on pin 21 (same as 2716).

A11 is on pin 18 (CE on 2716).
