Hi Guys,
Having seen the resent bulk buy for these babies and thought there must be a cheaper way!

Im currently in talks with a local company who makes/supplies all types of feet/legs etc etc....

Im not wanting to jump on anyones toes here merely trying to assist the community.

Ive been there today in person and met with the sales manager and have deffo found a replacement,if actually not even better than the ones from the states.

I have currently to talk price per amount etc,but there saying the bigger we buy the cheaper they are

ive got some piccies here to show the types they do etc while i was looking.

the ones i have sourced are "better" than our current stockists have only a 8mm thread.

so the sales guy is currently pricing the same base with 10mm threads.

they also have a slightly bigger surface area too.

So i will update the thread once i have some figures in front of me,and then if needed take orders etc etc..

but there will be no improt duties etc,so thats gotta help

Are there any issues over imperial vs metric threads?

I had to get new t-nuts for my old Robotron restore as the metric levellers wouldn't wind past the first five or so turns.

Still after 6 sets - as far as I know all imperial sizes (aka Defender, Stargate, Robotron). The Joust is Euro version, but not sure if those are metric or imperial threads.

I'd be quite interested in 4 of the small ones too if pos please (far right on top pic). Not sure on thread size, I'll check that later. The thread must've varied between production runs because I ordered some supposedly-compatible ones a while back and they didn't fit.

Sorry if this is a dim question, but could someone confirm whether an Irish Atari cab would have imperial or metric threads?

The legs,from Quarterarcade fit all Atari cabs yes,the ones im also chasing are the same thread type..

i spoke to the guy on friday after having to chase him regards prices,he been away on holiday apparently.
he promised to put some figures together and send them via e-mail next week.

Sadly no,the suppliers have the feet,but the thread type and length are the hold up.
I spoke to him on friday and he assured me he hadnt forgot me,and was still making enquires regards them.

apparently they were made obsolete 2 years ago,at the company due to not selling..

Promise to let you all know as soon as i do,i didnt expect it to take this long tbh.

they actually have hundreds of different types of feet and millions of them,just not the bloody ones we want currently
