Listened on my way to work this morning, and continued when I got in. Great work as usual. Really enjoy listening.
I liked to hear that you visited RetroBase, as a few weeks back I recommended the Podcast to my mate Simon who does the machine and console repairs for them, and now you probably met him.

Simon's a good guy, played call of duty, battlefield etc online with him for many years now. Strangely he doesn't seem interested in joining the forums here though. He won't even go on Facebook !

Awesome podcast again, thanks! In the interview something Rich said reminded me about a fact I'd long forgotten: BITD I only tended to play the games I was good at, because my money would last longer. Therefore I think I missed out on a lot of classics, because I played it safe and stuck to a certain set of games. In this day and age of endless credits we have the chance to practise on any game we like, without having to go back to our Dads and beg for another quid!

A great podcast, again very smooth and easy to listen to. I am glad they are getting longer, I love the way you discuss the challenge game, things I've probably never even thought about looking at, but you sell them well. The contrast of the 2 personalities work very well, with Vics 'not want to loose' and Alex's 'laid back - accepting the defeat'. Alex I think you need to get a game in you bring that challenge to Vic :) hehe. Had no idea Rich had been interviewed, the night before the Slam (dude you never mentioned that on the way to the Slam!), we'll have a system II cab in every seaside town in Sussex! haha

BombJack score = 190780. This game is all about getting the fire bombs in order. I can get 50K on board 1 almost all of the time, 30K on board 2 a lot of the time (sometimes 50K), forget board 3!, 20K sometimes on board 4, and 30K on board 5 quite a lot (rarely 50K). After that it's just try to survive, build up the bonus multiplier and kill all the bad guys with the power-up. The third excellent podcast game choice in a row for me!

I hope I've avoided a 'IN YOUR FACE SHAUN HOLLEY' this time lol!
