Block Hole is a really good game Bensonrad. I've just had about 3 hours on it and I'm starting to learn the tricks to get more points. What kind of score can you get on it (ball-park)?

It is indeed, it was the last Jamma PCB I ended up selling, so not played it for a couple of years. I have it on the original Gameboy, which I play af fair bit, also bought the JAP PS2 version, which is arcade perfect, but my bloomin PS2 stopped working. I had hoped to have a crack at it in MAME, but as you can see in my day of failing tech post in off topic, I am yet to get that far

And shouts out for Sega Rally, awesome game, so glad I've got one now. Always see them in arcades still like Vic said, some of them looking quite demented tho'

So after having Eyes on my 96 in 1 Pac for at least 8 years and never booted it once...I figured I ought to at least give it a try...
Cool game! The learning curve is just right... and managed to get the Mrs involved on two player (this is unheard of!). Odd two player feature - when you get extra lives you no longer 'round robin' your turns but instead get two goes in a row.
Keep up the good work - great pod cast. And I will have to make it over to the Arcade Club at some point - it's only an hour from me, so no excuse...

Completely unrelated, but I just started listening to No Quarter due to your recommendation. Loved how gutted they were when you beat them at Pulsar. You will have to do a co-podcast at some point, it would be great. Hands across the water. Since you are all on Skype, it wouldn't be that hard to set up.

Great podcast.
Please could I kindly ask you reduce the sampling rate you use (I suspect you are using the defaults).
As currently your Pods are loads bigger, and thus longer to download.
-If you compare your files to No Quarter, or Arcade Outsiders, you will see the difference:-
Arcade Outsiders :- 70Mb, 2.5hrs at 64kbps
No Quarter :- 46Mb, 1hr 38min at 64kbps
10p Arcade :- 165Mb, 2hrs at 192kbps
As it is 98% a voice recording, the 192 rate is not needed.
It will of course be faster for you to upload also, once adjusted.
