Another great podcast chaps, I am warming to the 10pence orchestra, this weeks song was a masterpiece and made me smile.
I wonder where Sega will put their amusement parks, I can't imagine we'd get something like that multi-floor Trocadero from them nowadays.
Again I am sure I had lots to say, but have forgotten it all.
I like the idea of the 60in1 special, I have one of those (not that I've used it yet, as the cocktail needs putting together still) but have heard about emulation being a bit ropey so would be good to hear your verdicts.
Keep it up chaps....ooo yes I shall hold you to that drink Vic

Managed to get back on track with these and it's good to have you back in my ears. I thought this was a really strong cast, packing in a lot of good stuff.
I found myself nodding in agreement at how bad 'we' are when going back to old controllers with D-pads, they seem sooooooo difficult compared to the analogue thumb-sticks of modern controllers or the 'real' arcade sticks. I have recently started collecting older consoles that I let slip through my sweaty teenage fingertips bitd, and whilst I find myself warming considerably to some of the golden era games, the controllers really do NOT hold up anywhere near as well as the hardware or the software.
Anyway - highlights from this episode; GNR soundbite (awesome); 10p orchestra (it's the excitement in Shaun's voice that really gets me); Astro-Blaster was a pleasure to discover (thanks for the introduction); The 60in1 Special sounds like a winning podcast (mainly because I actually have one of these).
Also looking forward to your NERG updates. Cannot wait for this event, having lost my virginity last year, I am booking myself a weekend ticket this year, in the hope of catching up with you guys and some other names from the forum. (this is me trying to invite myself along to the after-event curry)
Lastly - I cannot believe that Mr H does not drink tea! Really!!! There's a whole world of water-infused wetness waiting to welcome you in. You just haven't found the right match for you yet. To try and help you find your perfect brew, I going to send you some Silver Needle White tea in the post. It will look like some kind of Class B controlled substance, but trust me, it is amazing. (no milk though)
