Awesome.. definitely be coming to this again and i'll be sure to get there a little earlier this time.

You can have my Dino King again... and also can provide a Bomb Jack cabaret. Only kicker is I dont have any transport so if someone is passing by Hertfordshire with cabs again then happy for you to have them.

Hi Will,

Great to hear that this will be happening again, was a good time last year and as I am not too far from Cambridge then I am happy to bring over a cab or two.

I don't have any transport for the cabs but am happy to help load / unload at both ends both ways and

to contribute to the hire of a van /fuel if necessary.

If they are still working by September (not always a given with this hobby!) then I could bring a selection (or all!) of the following dedicated cabs (let me know your preference nearer the time):

Black Widow

Defender

Dig Dig

DK (a bit rough at the mo though)

Asteroids Cocktail (glass is a bit scratched though, Deluxe PCB is available also).

(I have others games but these are not as presentable and need some work so the selection might be greater later in the year!).

Just let me know what I can do to help.

Cheers,

Gav

This is going to be a great event! Hopefully we’ll get an interesting mix of cabs from different people. Transportation is always going to be an issue but perhaps we can group people to be van buddies? I seem to remember a few cabs being bought, sold and traded too - not a bad idea to save on future transportation costs

Going to an arcade event is great; but going to an arcade event with a van gives you many more opportunities!

Good to hear this is happening again.

I’m happy to bring along a few pieces. Can bring a pintable and a few cabs I’m sure.

Just need to confirm date with the wife when she eventually gets up out of bed!!!

Good work guys.

I had such a great time last year (apart from a couple of cabs dying) so looking forward to it.
Hopefully I'll have 3 different games to bring but not my entire collection this time.
Transport might be possible for those close to the venue, we'll have a chat about it nearer the time.
Would be awesome to get some different cabs this year, especially stuff that you don't see too often.
Any support is appreciated :)

The event itself is Saturday evening but if you bring a cab then you’ll have access all day Saturday & Sunday at no cost. We’ll need to check if vaccers generally get day access on Saturday with their event ticket (but I’d assume that was the case). There’s a number of us that will generally be around for the weekend but we’ll be fetching and moving cabs etc. Yeah, make a weekend of it!Nes4life2018-02-10 10:10:23

I could bring my plug & play system this time though I will need to get a larger monitor as my 10 inch test monitor doesn't really cut it!
Then I can bring as many boards as I can fit in my car, probably about 35 as they are mounted on wooden frames. I have about 70 games so far so will pick the ones not being brought as full cabs nearer the time.

Hope to make this one, I'd probably be going by train though, so not really able to bring anything....not that anything of mine works.

Thanks everyone for the great response already!

We may have some transport available over the weekend if you're not too far away and times allow.

Looking forward to it already :D
