You know, I could swear I saw a Centipede on the photos that were posted on a rival arcade collectors forum, but no sign of it on the list above.

Either way, nice haul btw.

I took that pic cuz it looked good in the foreground, but as Rav says it was not a part of the bulk (it was there to watch fellow friends get rescued)

Someone informers me that Alpha1 is the proud owner of the Atari Sub. What a strange looking machine, looking forward to some pics of it :)

UNBELIEVABLE - I didn't know this, she was pulled into Mostyn on the 10th August 1979... 3 days later I would be born. Holy Crapola.

The prophecy has come true.... you are 'the one'.

And the raid took place on Nolan Bushnell's birthday.

So! Next update is here.

So the ship had seen better days, but the size of the thing just blew our minds. It was HUGE (Think Star Destroyer chasing Princess Leia at the beginning of EpIV)

We found a REPAIR ROOM! This was the door next to the Change Booth above. It was absolutely packed with games. Boot Hill, Gun Fight, 2 Asteroids, Gypsy Juggler, Ultra Tank, Side Trak, Super Breakout and more.

So that was it. Our minds that were blown, were now blown again. I couldn't believe all these games had been here and then one day in 1983 the ship was shut not to be opened again due to legal issues. The only thing that had changed was the red carpet had been taken. I found out the red carpet had only been taken back in 2009 as they wanted carpet for a new shop they had opened.

So these games saw 30 years of summers and winters through the port holes, the sun rising, the sun setting, FOR THIRTY YEARS.

They were just sitting there, unsure of their fate, wondering if they would be rescued, wondering if they would ever be played again?

To be continued.

So we had spent about 3 hours going through all the machines and documenting them. Andy drew up a floorplan (need to find it - will post it when I do) and we had gone through all the machines noting if they were missing any parts and their general condition.

So that was it! So what was next? Well... we spent the next 3 hours going through the ship. We went right on the decks at the top, looking over Mostyn bay and the surrounding areas, and we went right into the belly, making it all the way to the Disco, only guided by our torches and mobile phones for light.

Update to follow
