I am unable to read what this message was on the xenon flyer . Any ideas ?
Think it is perhaps related to credit info ?
Wondered if it was the precursor to the printed glass credit information which was perhaps not on the first machines ?
Perhaps looking to screen print if I can find a clear legible image of it !

Speaking of which I found the pics hiding amongst 13,000 screenshots. Got more if needed.
I've looked before as a mate asked me. I think I have a better pic somewhere than that but I still don't think I could read it. I'll have a look again when I get chance.

This is exactly why we need this thread and Electrocoin ‘ Happy Place ‘ for burning topics such as this and also to decipher an ancient and lost message written on a control panel.

Nice one Matt, it was really bugging me what the cab could have been, not same Base or Control Panel as Thunderbolt Midi and assuming it was same width as Op Wolf but I couldn't find any with double door, assume it still had the wood door at bottom for pcb access
Real shame we never find out what happens to these cabs or maybe find what it was originally

Not sure I've seen the flyer for the SF Centi before. They seem to find some good EC Flyers in USA but i've seen then on ebay and they want high prices for them

This is another beauty on Ebay - would really have to be picked up on a US trip as import and postage would be at least another £20-25
Yeah I've got those 2 SF ones. Nice big a3 flyers, love them! Took me a while to find those. Also got the Ninja Warriors.
That will be Chameleon collectables selling those. I asked him years ago where he got them with him being in America. Think he just said he got a massive joblot. The prices are ridiculous though, I remember him wanting $60+ each or best offer. I made quite reasonable offers which were way more than I wanted to pay and he blocked me. Some of those he's had on ebay for around 8 years, unless he's got duplicates.
I wish I had have offered him more for the SF cab in that pic around 12 years ago before he refurbished it and put the repro art on the cp as the original was in decent shape.
I've never noticed the yellow on yours was different than the flyers and the one other known cab to exist, interesting. The only other one I've got record of is this one from a vid on YouTube..

I remember when it was for sale, must have been after it was refurbed and yes I'd sooner people leave them original. It was £600-650 I think and I couldn't spend that much back then.
So what's your plans with the Control Panel you have Matt, put in Goliath?
Yes I was going to put it on a Goliath but because it sticks out so much and I've got cabs opposite I decided not to for space reasons. Once I find a way to reorganise it will end up on one, infact I reckon it would look good on a Xenon!
I remember him telling me a few years ago that he'd only sell it for "a silly offer" like £2k plus. That wasn't him saying it was worth that, it was just the amount that would make him consider selling it.
Haha yeah, it's quite extensive. If anyone can't find pics of their cabs they know who to ask
If they make em with Street Fighter 2 I'm sure a few people would pay that as it's what 99% want but try selling SF1 and all you get will SF2 work in it lol
That's the only downside of these big panels, I can't fit anything on both of side extension as its only wide enough to fit cabs one side

So this is interesting in a few ways
Firstly The game looks cool although Soccer would be better so strange one for Electrocoin in UK
Is the cab in the picture Electrocoin made, doesn't look like anything they make but look the side art, pretty much same as Centi cab

Yeah I remember looking into this and I think the conclusion I came to at the time was that with Electrocoin having such a close relationship with Bally Midway and Bally Sente being a division of Bally Midway then I thought that maybe Electrocoins own Centi was created as a nod to the Bally Sente US cabs in looks (side art) and of course in name. As you say the art is very similar.
Here's a pic of Gimme a break from my flyer. Now this one has the Bally Sente side art but it is an Electrocoin Centi cab with the Electrocoin marquee and Centi bezel etc unlike the pic in you're flyer. I think this pic was taken from an ATEI show.
I really like the blue colours on it, some of the alternative ones are much better colours than the standard centi, Rampage I like, Green would have looked great too
