Very nice! May I ask where you found this? Was it from Hantarex themselves? I managed to get hold of a 25" version of one of these a good few years ago now, not NOS but as good as. Unfortunately where I was storing it (along with some of my other stuff) got a bit damp so the frame's got a bit rusty underneath on one side but the monitor itself is fine. Came with a bunch of arcade monitors from an op I think, not sure why they had one as I was fairly sure these were either used in stuff like video walls or bowling alley scoreboard monitors etc. :D
It was from ebay, it was on here for a while.
The seller informed me he got it in a warehouse clearance.
Yes they got used in video walls etc.
It sure has a great picture for arcade games 🕹.
Also I had a chat with the guy at https://www.visualimageservices.co.uk/ as he worked for Hantarex.

Ok, it didn't arrive today, I had to go get it this week.
And it doesn't fit in the house. Oh well.

My god I'm so jealous. Only ever saw two of these. One in an arcade somewhere and one in racking at a distributors. Reckon I could have got it for £150 but was 15 years ago and brain wasn't working properly.

I wouldn’t envy me, you could stick another zero on that price and you’d still be well under, plus it’s very much not-working 😬. (Those are broken 33” high-spec Mitsubishi screens, not Polos- well the outer two are, the middle is now a random RCA tube without a chassis)

At least the ROMs were good…

I was speaking to the guy that had it for sale. I was half interested myself but he didn't seem sure he wanted to sell it.

I'm assuming you got it 3rd time he listed it for sale?

Yeah, got it last week. Nice guy, made me a cheese sandwich for the journey home and was very happy about it being dumped.
I get the hesitance to part with it as it’s definitely something special, but now I’ve got it, a restoration is a massive project (it was genuinely untested). Not sure I’ll own it forevermore, just weighing up what needs to be done and how original it has to stay when you can’t get parts.
Interestingly the one in Bangkok is missing the soundbar and has a smaller centre screen - looks worse for it.

Is there an actual link to my video there?
I see someone’s cut sections of it into their own video on Twitter 😐

Nice if it’s getting interest anyway; I seem to have a few viewers to my video

Seimitsu 45th Anniversary, hope I get on with them as I have always used Sanwa sticks.
Great fast service from Arcade Parts UK.
One strange thing, one of the sticks has a serial number of 00889...I thought they only made 800?

picked this up today from the richest man i will probably ever meet in my life, lovely bloke who lived in the most stunning house i have ever seen(im not even sure you can call it a house actually, it was 2 in large grounds). Looks like some sort of repro from back in the day, it has a lovely working CRT in it as well and some sort of mame setup

Just got back from a 5 hour round trip to pick up this little cab from Hull. I think someone here used to own it at some point. The woman that I bought it from said her son bought it years ago to restore it back to a Dino King but never got around to it. I have no nostalgia for such things so happy to keep it converted as is. Was worried that the monitor might not work, but plugged in my Neo Geo 64 and it seems to be working fine. Both video and sound work and the control panel could do with a proper clean. Is there anything I should know from a servicing point of view for these, especially the monitor?

Seimitsu printed 1000 serial stickers.
1 to 800 for the 45th Anniversary 801 to 1000 for a new joystick.
The problem was the stickers got used at random, from the 1000 instead of separating 801 to 1000.
The other 45th Anniversary joystick I have is 00124.
