computer: "Please say more about the problem you have"
me: "I just want to speak to someone, you blithering idiot!"
<short pause>
computer: "OK"
<sound of call being put through>
operator: "Hello, my name is Amy. How can I help?"
Made me laugh, that did.
So, if you call and want to speak to an actual HUMAN, just insult the computer.
