Toki bootleg pcb

Hi all I picked up a toki bootleg jamma board today and when I tried it in my cab all I get is the game playing but everything is green,I tried a few other boards and they all play great no probs, since it's a bootleg will it need a wee bit more voltage to solve the problem if not any help with this would be great, will attach a couple of pics.

Sometimes a pcb has 2 palette rams and 1 ram will handle 2 colours (eg blue and red) and the other ram will handle the other colour (eg green).
Maybe this pcb is similar and one of you palette rams or it's adjoining logic is toast ?
