Hi, I have a project machine up for sale ..It's a tornado upright
which is a defender bootleg bit like the taito defender but a hell
of a lot rarer, in fact it's the only one known. Not even in Klov.
Tornado boards exist and have been seen before but never a dedicated
machine. The game is an exact clone of Defender no difference at
all..
I was going to refurb it myself but I dont think I have the
time..someone else hopefully does.
Pics here: http://www.arcadetraders.com/tornado
Cosmeticaly to me it need the sides, coin door, marquee brackets
respraying and a back door. Electronically it needs the edge
connector rewiring..It had been hacked up and came with no
board..but I will supply a tornado board with it. The monitor works
the psu works and the marquee light comes on.
£200 takes it away. Otherwise i'll end up doing it myself!! All in
all a very cheap Defender for someone and 50,000 times rarer!
