Symptom: Totally dead

Fix: bent reset pin on PCB so that the reset line does
not connect. Game now boots
fine. Need to fix that Reset line at
some point in the future…

Is this the POR line? (Power-on reset).

If so, it's very common that if the game voltage gets a little low you can remove that wire from the harness (pin 19 off the top of my head? a purple wire? - do check though) and the game will then boot just fine and even play right down to about 4.5v

Yeah this is what my "fix" did, disconnect Pin 19 (I think it's purple yeah). N.B This also works if you're making a Jamma adapter for Tron.
