Trying To Decide On a Layout

Had a couple of cabs leave on Friday and have 1 new one coming (whooop)
so figured it would be good time to try and have a re-arrange and maybe
get the Sega Mini cab out their too.

As you can just make out on
the current setup the Initial D cab is under a large shelf which means I
can't fit the topper properly

My initial thought was IDEA 1,
as
the ID topper slopes forwards, putting the cab like that would give me
enough clearance from the shelf. But as I found out from doing this...
no room for the Space Chaser cab.
Not that that's a bad thing as such. It's definitely the odd one out and think it'll need moving on v soon.

I
think IDEA 3 makes best use of the space, but having the naomi there
might be a little in the way of the workbench.. as you can see from the
yellow 2ftx2ft square, there's not much room.

I'm favoring IDEA 4 so far (if space chaser stays).. I like that all the sega sitdown cabs are together.
Having it like that does mean I still can't get the ID topper on though...

anyone got any other ideas?
(the neogeo cab and naomi (cos of the marquee) wont fit under the shelf on the right)

Go with idea 5 dude. Sell the Space Chaser to me and just enjoy all the other cabs in luxurious space.

I say sod the toppers, they are just that and don't affect the gameplay, you will get the best layout then.

Fitted the repaired chassis on my chopped Naomi and shifted it in to place tonight

There's 3 out of shot that need moving yet when the last one arrives.

Moved the aero in to place.
Arranged by screen angle lol.
You can see the back of the neo geo cab on the left and the sega mini cab isn't in there yet.

Real happy with the cabs. Just need to clean up the workshop.
