<span style="line-height: 33.6px;">After a fantastic weekend at the arcade club with fellow members I've decided to organise a Annual Uk-vac meet at the club,This is a meet which will happen every year and give the opportunity for all members to get off there keyboard and play games and meet new and old friends. </span>

<span style="line-height: 33.6px;">Andy has kindly offered to cordon off a area in the new floor and lay on a buffet so we can have our own space to chat and eat.</span>

<span style="line-height: 33.6px;">More details to follow soon but we are aiming for £15 a head which includes food.</span>

<span style="line-height: 33.6px;">So put this date in your diary and make no excuses.</span>

Excellent idea Mr Chuckie Egg. Apparently we were both there yesterday but paths never crossed. Who knew!!
Would be great to have a Vac meet up and get to know more peeps on here face to face.
I don't get there much and tend to spend my time with my face in a screen from start to finish

I were there yesterday afternoon (Saturday) and spoke to many forum members ....I did see you Alex but you were deep in conversation with other ppl,spoke to Dave and Ben a good few times and had a laugh with Ben taking photos of Dave's bald head (Ben's own words not mine

)

Spoke to Shaun Holly (I see Shaun quiet often there),had a laugh with Tony Doyle (top bloke) bumped into James (RGP) and Mark (Singy UK) on there rounds of fixing cabs...spoke to many more and had a blast (as I always do)

Looking forward to an 'official UKvac' meet up though

Alex, Rich and Dave stayed in a hotel somewhere I'm guessing it was nearby so if there's a load why not try to get a group discount? Me I'll drive and stay at mine

Oh man, this sounds ace. No transport at the mo though (need to ask the authorities if I can kindly have my driving licence back

) and so far away from me.

May be able to sort something in time to meet up, though. Would be great to meet some of you guys with the same enthusiasm for arcade games. Everyone I know has no interest really - their eyes glaze over if ever I'm drawn into talking about it...

I'd planned to organise this last year at the old venue but Andy told me about the plans to move to Bury and thought it'd be best to have hold off until after the move.

End of October sounds good to me.
