Arrived from Martin today - ex-DoL.

Given it a preliminary clean - came up a treat.

It
does need some TLC...General spruce-up, T-Moulding replacing, New
joystick ball, Marquee brackets and Coin door powder-coating, etc -
nothing major cosmetically though.

Next job - get into it and test the goddamn thing!

See, this is why I shouln't have bought another cab - particularly Universal, as I love their artwork.

I'm now finding myself trawling t'interweb, suffering from enormous WANT for anything Universal-upright-shaped...Grrrr...

CG can be a real PITA - odd CPU and unidentified CRTC controller (which generates much of the timing for the entire PCB - so if it doesn't get initialised properly ....)

although since that one is basically running, I'd start by looking at the ram - 4116 I think.

I have a PCB for it hiding away, with a minor fault (so I was told) - have to have a look and see

Busting vectors like it's 1982!

My BZ just fired up. But the PCB was resetting and I'm still working on that. Everything else is working though "out of the ship"
