Every two years I organize a BBQ party at my home. This year I'd like to invite UKVAC and DLP people.

My gameroom is obviously available and other people like Teo (DLP) and Alessio (ITVAC) will lend me some of their cabs (a defender proto, a DL, ...).

I'm located near MILANO (ITALY)

I don't know the exact date, but 99% will be at july 22

I foresee about 80 guests

Actually not.

It's depend from your requests...

I live near milan (2 km from the border, a bit more than 1mile) so, if you want to visit the city is better to find something there, not so far from me.

anyway there are thousands of hotels in milan (all of them quite expensive... :-( )

If you come only for the party I don't have so much beds but I've a tavern in which you can "unroll" your sleeping bag :)

or, if you like camping, I've a garden too ...

- anyway we have time to organize and book what we need.

When can you confirm the 22nd is for defernate.
I dont want to be booking a flight and hotel if you have changed the dates?

If anyone else is interested,

Flights look to be about £150 and hotels are about £50 a night.

I was thinking leave friday midday. come back sunday evening, making it 2 nights in milan.
