For major changes to systems like migrations , where I work we have four eyes checking on the changes. You get paid overtime to watch someone else work !!!

We just had 4 managers shouting 'when will you be finished' at regular intervals whilst you did all the work!

Works the same way in XF as WW did it unfortunately. I'll look into if we can add a plugin to support users amending their vote.
