This came to me with a bright red picture and no remote board.
I made a new remote board using the schematics I found online which didnt work properly until I increased the value of R7A5 from 3.9k to 4.7k.
The Red fault turned out to be R838 on the neck card. It should have been 100k but was reading 3Mohm.
