What cab is this?

Hey all,

Any idea what the driver cab is on the left of this photo? The guy is selling an LE cab on Ebay but this caught my eye. Some sort of custom driver or a dedicated?

Well it looks like the sega font at the top, but I would go with home made or a modded Sega rally.
