I can't make up my mind what colour to paint tr walls in my games room.
Floor will be slate grey colour paint. Have under coated the walks with white paint but can't decide what top colour to go. Walls are split half way down with a wooden shelf that house all the electrics.

Any ideas for a colour?
I am rubbish at colours and have lost count of looking at colour books.

Need to get this finished this week as still have no work. Hope they need me back next week some or time or that's a moth with no work.
I will be selling my cabs at this rate to raise some cash!!!!

there's a guy on klov who has a gamesroom/ cafe in his basement or summut. he's painted these 70s style banding that runs around the edges and skirting. i thought it's ace and might copy him one day.

I too was thinking magnolia!! At the moment I have too many cabs for the room so very little will be seen.

Keep the ideas coming as I have a day or so to make a decision.

Cheers guys.

Mine was done Dark Blue

Got the paint free from the tip, and also picked up some more on offer from homebase similar colour for repainting, or another room

I had dark blue which was cool for a little while, then I found it to be a bit too oppressive. Now its bright white and much better, allows posters and fluorescent lights to do their thang.

So many ideas now. I will have to give it a little more thought. I like the lines all around the room but think it might be a little too much work. I need to get the cabs out of storage, I have some on my dads 40ft trailer and he needs it back for work.

I have web looking at wall art stickers so may go for a light colour than jazz up with stickers.

I will let you know what I go for.
Thanks,
Steve

I was gonna go for the banding after seeing some photo's of an arcade in the States from the 80's. Either that or wood cladding / fake wood cladding like I remember seeing in the early 80's. That would give it a real naff retro feel!
