The Super Moon Base I have was converted at some point to a different game that has this Japanese instruction card. Any idea what the game was?

The secondary 2 way joystick does indicate Tutankham, so i would agree with Fuzzy.

Cool, thanks, the cab's been fitted with a 4-way stick and two arrow buttons so that would explain why.

The picture suggests you need to push up on joystick 2 to activate the 'smart bomb' feature.

Having two buttons means no 'smart bomb'.
