failing that, doesn't matter, they should both be very similar

I have one and it's USB, < $100 and programs all the 2532s (*see note below) I need for my Williams stuff - the problem really is just finding enough of the chips!
It will read 2532As, but won't program them because of the 21V I guess - I was actually thinking the other day that I might just meter the normal output and see if there was some way to run a 21V to the chip separately with a little stack adapter or similar
